In the wake of far-left Pennsylvania state Rep. Brain Sims (D) posting videos harassing pro-life activists in front of a Philadelphia Planned Parenthood — including a
lone woman he called an “old white lady” as well as three teenage girls he tried to dox — it appears the state lawmaker may have dug himself just a bit of a hole.

Billy Penn put it, “an unintended effect: attracting an even larger anti-abortion demonstration to the same medical center.”
That’s right: a Friday rally is planned outside the Planned Parenthood to “peacefully protest the violence & bullying of the abortion industry & its allies,” pro-life activist Lila Rose
tweeted.
“The forthcoming action could potentially be far more intrusive than the one Sims’ initially blasted to his thousands of social media followers,” the Billy Penn story indicated.
As of Wednesday morning, a
Facebook page for the rally indicates that over 120 people are planning to attend with nearly 700 interested. Billy Penn said “even more responses have been flooding in on Twitter. The now-deleted tweet of Sims’ video was ratio’d to the tune of 20,000 replies, and U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz has also weighed in.”

The Daily Wire’s Matt Walsh posted a tweet Monday encouraging a “giant pro-life rally” at the clinic in response to Sims’ harassment: “Let’s see him come out and harass all of us. Retweet this and let’s get it organized.”
Who else is slated to attend?
With that, notable pro-life figures in addition to Rose took up the cause, including Abby Johnson, a former Planned Parenthood exec and the subject of the anti-abortion movie “Unplanned.”
“Brian Sims is a bully, deliberating picking on people who cannot stand up to him, seeking identifying information on underage girls for who knows what reasons, and calling people horrible and offensive names online for everyone to see,” Johnson said in a statement to the Daily Wire. “It’s time for the pro-life movement to show abortion supporters that their attempts to bully and berate us will not go unnoticed or unchecked. We will hold them accountable for their despicable behavior. No women’s rights organizations have condemned his hate speech or bullying of an elderly woman.”
Johnson added, “I invite Mr. Sims to have a conversation outside the very Planned Parenthood — I used to work for the organization for eight years so can answer any of his questions or claims — where he has incessantly harassed pro-lifers. Whatever he wants to talk about, I invite him to come on Friday morning.”
Others who will be attending also include Ashley Garecht — the
woman seen on the clip Sims recorded in which he offered $100 for the identities of three teen girls praying in front of the Planned Parenthood, two of whom are her daughters — and TheBlaze TV’s Graham Allen.
Allen tweeted at Sims that he’d “love to see” the lawmaker and his “camera” at the Planned Parenthood for the rally.
Anything else?
While Planned Parenthood Pennsylvania CEO Dayle Steinberg told Billy Penn they “do not condone” Sims’ actions, she added to the outlet that Planned Parenthood still considers Sims a “champion” for its cause.
Sims on Tuesday posted a video defending his actions in relation to an incident last week in which he harassed an “old white lady” who was praying the rosary in front of the Planned Parenthood clinic at 11th and Locust Streets — but Sims didn’t mention his attempt last month at doxxing the teen girls.
Facebook reportedly took down Sims’ video of him harassing the teen girls. Formerly Sims was a 6-foot, 250-pound lineman for Pennsylvania’s Bloomsburg University and “the the only college football captain to ever come out as gay,” ESPN said.
