Attendees at a ‘Make America Great Again’ campaign rally Wednesday night in Greenville, N.C. chanted “send her back” after President Trump trashed Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN), claiming she is not proud of America and that she wouldn’t disavow al Qaeda in an interview.

Prior to his departure this afternoon, the president said he is “winning” the feud with Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) and her squad, promising that he’ll “never change.”

In a group interview with colleagues Rep. Ocasio-Cortez, Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), and Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-MA), Omar told CBS News correspondent Gayle King that she does not regret her controversial remarks about Israel, but instead “grateful” for the experience to “learn how my words make people feel.”

Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) called Rep. Omar one of the “four horsewomen of the apocalypse” in an interview Tuesday night and former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich said the immigrant-turned-Congresswoman ought to be “grateful” that she lives in a country which protects her rights.
