(Forbes) A court unsealed documents from a lawsuit filed by an accuser of Jeffrey Epstein that claim a number of powerful men were involved in Epstein’s alleged ring of abuse—and that President Trump and former president Clinton took previously unreported trips with the former financier.
Virginia Guiffre (now Roberts) filed this lawsuit against close Epstein associate Ghislane Maxwell, alleging Maxwell exploited her as part of a sex-trafficking network of underage girls to Epstein and a number of his famous friends. Maxwell denies the allegation.
The documents were ordered unsealed in July, a portion of which were finally made public Friday.
More documents are under review by the judge and may be unsealed in the coming days.
Previously unreported allegations of abuse: In a 2016 deposition of Giuffre, she claims that Maxwell ordered her to have sex with friends of Epstein, and she complied. They included former New Mexico governor Bill Richardson, billionaire Glenn Dubin, modeling agent Jean-Luc Brunel, former U.S. senator George Mitchell and the late MIT scientist Marvin Minsky.
Richardson, Dubin and Mitchell have all denied the allegations to Forbes:
