Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell called-out his Democratic colleagues’ latest push to pass a historic amount of new federal spending; saying Party leaders want to raise taxes just as American workers are counting on a recovery.

“Exactly when American workers are counting on an economic recovery, Democrats want to slap the economy with a massive set of tax increases,” said the Senator.

“Look, this non-Infrastructure, Infrastructure plan is cut from the same cloth as the so-called Voting Rights Bill,” he added.

Republican Senator John Thune called on Congress to allocate some funds of President Biden’s Infrastructure Plan to finish Donald Trump’s border wall.

“One important piece of infrastructure is to finish building the border wall,” said Thune.

“It’s already been funded!” he added.

Vice President Kamala Harris continued to completely ignore the crisis taking place along the US-Mexico border Sunday; instead choosing to post a picture of herself aboard a private plane.

“Brighter days are ahead,” posted the VP.

Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich confirmed over the weekend that Vice President Kamala Harris has failed to respond to his official invitation to tour the humanitarian crisis taking place along the US-Mexico border.

“I guess if you were a philosopher you would say no response is a very loud response because we’ve not received any response,” Brnovich told Fox Business’ Dagen McDowell.

Vice President Kamala Harris was appointed by Joe Biden to oversee the administration’s handling of the border crisis more than 19 days ago but has so-far failed to deliver any major address on the issue.

“Her assigned efforts on immigration, which includes overseeing diplomatic efforts with Northern Triangle countries, fit into a broader trend of the administration delegating substantial foreign policy responsibilities to her. For example, she has held calls with major world leaders like Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Israel’s Benjamin Netanyahu,” reports Fox News.

“Since the beginning of the administration and a week after Biden’s announcement, Harris has fielded questions from the media but has yet to hold a formal press conference. Meanwhile, the border crisis captivated the nation’s attention and raised a series of concerns about national security and the stability of the U.S. immigration system as a whole,” adds Fox.

“So this new surge we’re dealing with now started with the last administration, but it’s our responsibility to deal with it humanely and to – and to stop what’s happening,” Biden said last Wednesday.

“And so, this increase has been consequential, but the vice president has agreed – among the multiple other things that I have her leading – and I appreciate it – agreed to lead our diplomatic effort and work with those nations to accept re- – the returnees, and enhance migration enforcement at their borders – at their borders.”

ANOTHER $3 TRILLION! Biden’s Infrastructure Plan to Focus on ‘Climate Change and Income Inequality’

posted by Hannity Staff – 3.29.21

President Biden is poised to unveil another $3 trillion in new federal spending this week to focus on Infrastructure; allocating the cash to help rebuild roads but also fight “climate change and income inequality.”

“The president is expected to introduce up to $3 trillion in spending on efforts to boost the economy, including rebuilding aging infrastructure like highways, bridges and rail lines, and investing in technologies to reduce planet-warming greenhouse gas emissions,” reports CNBC.

“The package may be split between two bills, starting with legislation that incorporates Biden’s Build Back Better agenda and supports his goal to achieve carbon-free power generation by 2035 and net-zero emissions by 2050,” adds the website.

“Electrifying America’s cars and trucks, creating a nationwide smart grid, expanding electricity storage to allow more renewable energy, establishing universal high speed internet — all of these are intended to boost the productivity and competitiveness of the economy, while also cutting emissions,” said one advisor.

“We cannot just settle for what we can agree on without recognizing that this has to be a bill for the future, that we have to recognize the climate crisis,” Nancy Pelosi told reporters.

ANOTHER DODGE: Press Sec Says Both Parties Can Work on ‘Infrastructure’ When Pressed on Keystone Debacle

posted by Hannity Staff – 2.08.21

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki continued to deflect growing criticism surrounding President Biden’s decision to derail the Keystone XL pipeline; saying “infrastructure is something” both parties can work on together.

“There are now people out of jobs once the Keystone XL pipeline stopped construction…when do they get their green job?” asked one reporter.

“The president… believe[s] that investment in infrastructure… is something that we can certainly work on doing together,” deflected Psaki.
