Correct me if I’m mistaken — Senate can dump the Filibuster, and pass S1 and anything else they please, but the House under republican control will stop any Senate bills from reaching Biden’s desk.
Is Ted Cruz blowing smoke, or does the fact that Pelosi already passed HR1 last year, and technically it’s still in play, and so if the Senate passes S1, it skips going back to the House and goes straight to Biden.
