On Thursday the Biden DOJ tried to get, as Scoop put it, “their Obama judge overseeing the Mar-a-Lago documents case” to hold Trump in contempt over the pathetic documents case that fizzled faster than Alka-Seltzer in a cup of acid.
Today is Friday and the judge already shot down the laughable and obvious political ploy, multiple news outlets have confirmed.

ABC News reports:
A federal judge in Washington declined to hold former President Donald Trump or his legal team in contempt of court following a court hearing Friday as the Justice Department had requested, sources familiar with the matter told ABC News.
The judge instead urged the Justice Department and Trump’s legal team to resolve the dispute themselves, the sources said.
“The President and his counsel will continue to be transparent and cooperative, even in the face of the highly weaponized and corrupt witch-hunt from the Department of ‘Justice,” said Trump’s spokesperson according to ABC.
Yeah tough break, Biden. Even an Obama judge is like “nah.”
