A woman going by the name Hayley took to TikTok to claim that seven years ago she went on a date with Bryan Kohberger, the 28-year-old accused of slaughtering four University of Idaho students in the early morning hours of November 13, and said he tried to “gaslight” her by trying to touch and “tickle” her and then deny he was doing it.

Hayley spoke of the encounter and said in a video that has received over 1.3 million views, “We matched on Tinder, we talked for a couple of hours and then he was like, ‘Hey, you want to go to the movies with me tonight?’ I was like, sure. So we went to the movies.”

Haley said she made the video because people were trying to dox her and explained how her “interactions with Bryan were very brief” as their whole encounter lasted less than 24 hours. “I don’t know much about him,” she added.

She said that the two went to see a movie that she could not remember and then he drove her home.

“I thought he was just going to drop me off, but that was not the case. He kind of invited himself inside,” she said.

Kohberger picked a Netflix movie for the two to watch once inside, according to Haley, and “He kept trying to touch me. Not like inappropriately, just trying to tickle me, and like rub my shoulders and stuff and I was like ‘why are you touching me?'”

He “got super serious” and she said, “He’s like ‘I’m not,’ and I’m like, ‘you are though,’ and he’s like, ‘I’m not touching you.’ Kind of trying to gaslight me into thinking that he didn’t touch me, which is weird.”

The woman then went to the shared dorm restroom and Kohberger allegedly followed her.

“I just thought that was weird,” she said.

Hayley then “proceeded to pretend to throw up” as an attempt to get him to leave because she “was not into it.”

She said, “It wasn’t because I was scared of him or thought he would hurt me if I asked him to leave. It was just mostly because I’m socially awkward. I didn’t know how to ask him to leave.”

She persisted with the faux vomit routine until Kohberger allegedly wrote to her via the Tinder app that he was leaving. Haley claimed he later told her via the app that she had “good birthing hips.”

The two never spoke again.

Kohberger was arrested on December 30  for the murders of 21-year-old Madison Mogen, 21-year-old Kaylee Goncalves, 20-year-old Xana Kernodle, and her boyfriend 20-year-old Ethan Chapin.

Kohberger was a graduate student at Washington State University pursuing his PhD in criminology and had graduated from Pennsylvania’s DeSales University in June of 2022 with a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice.

Police in Moscow, Idaho released an affidavit in court on Thursday which said Kohberger left his DNA at the crime scene on the sheath of a Ka-Bar brand knife
