JERUSALEM, Jan 28 (Reuters) – Israel’s response to an attack by a Palestinian gunman attack that killed seven people on the outskirts of Jerusalem will be “strong, swift and precise,” Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Saturday.
